Patient Assistance Program
Andee’s Army Patient Assistance Grant Program was established in 2013 to provide financial assistance to children and youth with a primary medical diagnosis related to brain and spinal cord injury. Our grants are intended to offset the costs associated with each child’s recovery that are not covered by medical insurance.
Past grants have covered occupational, physical and speech therapies, durable equipment, assistive technology, home health aid, basic home modifications as well as specialized therapy and care.

Who Is Eligible To Apply?
Any child, youth, or young adult…
That has as a primary medical diagnosis related to an acquired brain or spinal cord injury and seeks financial assistance related to their recovery and rehabilitation
Whose injury or diagnosis occurred on or after January 1st, 2011, and prior to the patient’s 21st birthday
At Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta who is a legal citizen of the United States of America
That has been referred to Andee’s Army by A Social worker and/or caseworker at a hospital or other healthcare facility, nurse, medical doctor, or child life specialist.
That has received treatment in the metro Atlanta area, including Shepherd Center, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Emory, and Grady Hospital.

Submit your application to Ali Smith at asmith@andeesarmy.org We reviewed applications on a monthly basis.

Receive Funding
If selected, our team will work with you and your providers to pay your medical providers directly.
